2. No cookies, no tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics, tracking tools, external embeds or third-party scripts. Fonts are served from our own server.

3. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit it, technically necessary data (such as IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type) is processed to deliver the website and ensure its security. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare may process data in the USA; the transfer is based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

4. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process your details to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and delete them when they are no longer needed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Contact form

If you use the contact form, we process the details you enter (name, email address, message and, if you provide them, company, phone number and topic) to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual steps, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries). The form is processed by a Cloudflare server function and delivered to our mailbox by the email service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA), which acts as our processor. Resend may process data in the USA; the transfer is based on EU standard contractual clauses. We delete your details when your enquiry has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply. The form does not set cookies.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
